Terms of Sale

1. Operator and contract

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of digital products (a verified Google Sheet) through the website https://submitkit.online. The seller is Zordon Intelligence Sp. z o.o. (Zordon Intelligence, sp. z o.o. (limited liability company)), KRS 0001190915, NIP 7252358503, with its registered office in Łódź, Polska (the "Operator", "we", "us"). Contact: hi@zordonintelligence.pl.

By clicking "Get the Sheet" or otherwise paying via PayPal you accept these Terms. A contract is formed when we receive confirmation of payment from PayPal.

2. Product

• Product: "SubmitKit Directory 2026" — a Google Sheet containing 308 verified rows of SaaS / AI tool / mobile app launch directories and communities.
• Format: view-only Google Sheet, made available via a private link after payment. The buyer is expected to use File → Make a copy to obtain an editable version in their own Google account.
• Snapshot date: 2026-09-07. The sheet reflects the curated state as of that date; updates, if any, are not guaranteed and are not part of this sale.
• Scope: the sheet is a research aid. We do not submit your product to any directory on your behalf, and we do not promise traffic, rankings, or approvals.

3. Price and payment

• Price: one-time $14 USD. No subscription. No seat math.
• Payment processor: PayPal (PayPal Checkout or, where offered, Pay Later). We do not store your card details.
• Pricing errors: if a price is incorrect due to a technical error, we will contact you and refund any payment made; we are not obliged to honour an erroneous listing.
• VAT: Under EU rules on digital services (VAT Directive 2006/112/EC, as amended), the VAT rate for digital downloads is determined by the buyer's country of residence at the time of payment and is collected by PayPal under their One Stop Shop (OSS) obligations or equivalent local VAT scheme. The order confirmation shows the gross price paid.

4. Delivery

1. After confirmed payment, PayPal returns you to /access (the buyer access page). The private Google Sheet link is there.
2. Open the sheet, then File → Make a copy so you can sort and filter.
3. Keep the access URL private. Do not publish it. Anyone with the link can view the sheet; we are not responsible for distribution you perform.
4. If delivery fails (e.g. payment confirmed but /access does not load, or sheet is inaccessible), email hi@zordonintelligence.pl with your PayPal receipt ID. We will resend or refund within 7 days of your report.

5. Licence and acceptable use

• Licence: personal / internal business use only. One purchase covers one natural person or one legal entity's internal research. Re-publishing, re-selling, redistributing, or making the sheet publicly available is prohibited.
• Audit, scraping, or programmatic redistribution of the sheet (or substantial portions of it) for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to revoke the access link if we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.

6. Statutory right of withdrawal — digital content

Consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta, Art. 27 and Art. 38 — exceptions for digital content).

For digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun AND the consumer has expressly consented to early performance in knowledge of the loss of the withdrawal right (Polish Consumer Rights Act Art. 16m). We document this consent in our delivery flow on /access.

In addition to statutory rights, we grant a 30-day money-back request window from the purchase date. See the Refund Policy for the full procedure. The 30-day window is voluntary and does not affect any other rights you may have.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

• The sheet is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that any directory listed will accept your submission, that any submission will produce a dofollow backlink, or that any traffic, ranking, or commercial outcome will follow.
• Information in the sheet (Domain Rating, traffic estimates, approval difficulty) may be approximate, outdated, or inaccurate for specific rows. Where known, we mark uncertain rows in a "Status" column; please re-verify before submitting.
• Statutory warranties under Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) Art. 556 and following, including for physical sales of consumer goods, are preserved to consumers and cannot be excluded (Polish Civil Code Art. 558(1)). For digital content delivered without a physical medium, the relevant warranty framework is the Polish Consumer Rights Act and EU consumer law.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure to deliver the product or otherwise perform our obligations where the failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, epidemic or pandemic, internet or telecommunications outage, power failure, strike or labour dispute, denial-of-service attack, or failure of upstream providers (PayPal, Google, Vercel). Delivery will resume once the cause has ended; we will notify affected buyers via the email address of record.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the product is capped at the price you actually paid (currently $14 USD).
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
• Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including (a) personal injury or death caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and (c) statutory consumer rights that are non-excludable.

10. Sub-processors

We use PayPal (payment), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Google (workbook hosting). We may add, replace, or remove sub-processors in the operation of the service; an up-to-date list is published in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the deliverable link if you breach these Terms (in particular Section 5) or if we are required to by law, court order, or PayPal. You may stop using the product at any time; doing so does not extinguish your right to a refund within the 30-day window (Section 6 above).

12. Class action and collective rights

Where permitted by applicable law, both parties waive the right to participate in a class action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding related to these Terms. Nothing in this waiver limits any non-waivable statutory right of any consumer under the laws of their residence.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, except for the conflict-of-laws rules that would apply the law of any other jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be resolved amicably by emailing hi@zordonintelligence.pl before any formal action. If amicable resolution fails, EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The competent court for any dispute between us is, for consumers, the court of your residence, or, for business-to-business disputes, the court of the registered office of Zordon Intelligence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable in whole or in part by a competent court or authority, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
